Trip Protection plans will be offered during the registration process. Hemisphere Educational Travel encourages the purchase of Trip Protection. With 2 plans to choose from during the registration process, you can choose the coverage that meets your travel needs.
Whether travelers choose the Standard/Basic or Enhanced protection plan, if your trip is cancelled or interrupted due to one of the unforeseen reasons outlined within the plan, travelers can be reimbursed up to 100% of the non-refundable trip cost.
Should travelers select the Enhanced protection plan, they may cancel for any reason not covered by the plan and be reimbursed up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost.
All trip protection purchases are non-refundable outside of the Free-Look period.
