In order to cancel a participant from a tour, please fill out the following form. All cancellations and refunds will be issued according to the procedures listed in your Tour Contract and/or Tour Terms and Conditions. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process. Refunds are issued to the original source of payment. If you paid by credit card and it is no longer valid, please notify Hemisphere prior to canceling your reservation. If funds came from different families/sources, a refund check will be issued in the name of the tour participant.
All cancellations are calculated from the date we receive the notice of cancellation from the parent/guardian via the online cancellation form, by fax or by mail. If the cancellation form is received after 5:30pm C.S.T. Mon-Fri (excluding holidays), the date of cancellation will be posted as the next business day. Cancellations received over the weekend or holiday will be posted as received on the next business day.
