What is your favorite part about your job?

The window view!

Where is your favorite destination?

I’ve traveled all over the world, so this is a hard one! I’ll have to say it’s a tie between Tokyo and Iceland.

What’s your most treasured travel memory, or the best thing you’ve learned while traveling?

I leased a car in Europe once with a friend that we lived in and drove everywhere we wanted. We were traveling for a long time, so we visited a lot of countries, and saw everything we wanted to—with no timeline! It was incredible. We would just put a destination or site into the GPS and go.

What is the best thing you have eaten while traveling?

I’ll always crave the Lobster Pasta I had in the Italian Riviera.

If you were stranded in an airport, what three things would you want with you?

A phone with its charger, hand sanitizer and sweatpants.

What’s one thing you would recommend every student group do while traveling?

Put your phone down and enjoy everything around you. Try to live in the moment.

What destination on your bucket list do you most want to visit?

An African Safari is pretty far up on my bucket list. Or Swim in the Jellyfish Lake in Palau.

What’s your favorite activity while traveling, or something you’ve always wanted to try?

I try to go surfing in every place I visit (well, at least the places where you can actually surf). Or I’ll try to go on a food tour.

What do you love about travel?

Seeing how different the cultures are and trying all of the food. It’s amazing to see how different the world is from where we live.
