Receptionist / Customer Service

Hemisphere Educational Travel (Schaumburg, IL) is looking for a friendly, customer service oriented individual that likes to help people. Position requires answering phones, and customer assistance with tour registration. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate required. September - June, M-F 9am-5pm, off during Christmas break and the summer. $15/hour for qualified candidates with previous customer service and receptionist experience.  Please email cover letter and resume to sales@hemispheretravel.com.

 Tour Directors & Licensed Tour Guides (Independent Contractors)

If you are a qualified independent contractor and would like to be considered as a Tour Director or Licensed Tour Guide, please contact sales@hemispheretravel.com. Qualified candidates should have and maintain a current city guiding license, membership in travel/tour trade association (CTPA or similar) or certification from a travel/tour trade association (ITMI, IGA or similar).
